The agreement between you and Flowalth — what the app does, how the subscription works, and what we can and cannot promise.
Effective 21 October 2026 Last updated 21 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowalth mobile app and the flowalth.com website (together, "Flowalth"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Flowalth.
Flowalth is built and operated by Nikita Butnar, an independent developer ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and us. They are not an agreement with Apple or Google — see sections 12 and 13 for what that means in practice.
You can reach us at nickbutnar@gmail.com with any question or complaint about these Terms or the app.
Flowalth is a personal-finance tracker. You enter your own income, expenses, savings and goals by hand, and the app organises them into a dashboard, a monthly history, a spending breakdown, a financial health score and occasional tips. It does not connect to your bank and does not import your real transactions.
This matters for what the output means. Everything Flowalth shows you — including the health score and the tips — is computed from the numbers you typed in, presented for information only. It is:
Before you act on anything you see in Flowalth, check it against your actual accounts, and consult a qualified professional where the decision warrants it. Decisions you make about your money remain yours.
You sign in with Google or Apple; Flowalth never handles a password of yours. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in account secure, and for everything done through your Flowalth account.
Flowalth starts with a free 7-day trial, counted from the moment you create your account. No payment details are needed for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends — the app simply asks you to subscribe to carry on using it.
After the trial, Flowalth requires a paid subscription. The plans and the current price are shown on the subscription screen in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm anything.
You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel a subscription for you — the stores do not give developers that ability.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access you have already paid for: you keep the app until the end of the current period. Deleting your Flowalth account does not cancel your subscription, so do both if you are leaving for good.
Refunds are handled by the store that took your payment, under its own policy — Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through Google Play. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, your statutory rights, including any right to withdraw from a purchase, apply on top of this and are not reduced by these Terms.
Flowalth is a small app run by one person. Please do not:
The transactions, categories, goals and savings you enter are yours. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them for anything beyond running the service for you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your data back to you, and that permission ends when you delete it.
How we handle personal data — what we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it and how to erase it permanently — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The app itself — its software, design, text, logo and name — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Flowalth on devices you own or control, for your own private use. Nothing more is granted by implication.
We work to keep Flowalth available and correct, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, store policies, device or operating-system changes, or problems at a provider can all interrupt it.
We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever discontinue Flowalth entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a window to export your data before access ends.
Flowalth is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the figures it displays are accurate — those figures come from what you entered, and an incorrect entry produces an incorrect result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from financial decisions you make using the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Flowalth in the 12 months before the claim arose.
None of this limits rights you have that cannot be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence — including consumer-protection rights — apply in full, and nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in your store account, and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and takes your data with it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law. Unless the breach makes it inappropriate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
Apple requires the following terms, and they apply in addition to everything above:
Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for Flowalth, and handles billing, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through Google Play under its own policies.
We may update these Terms as the app changes or the law requires. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will give you notice in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use Flowalth afterwards means you accept them. If you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there. Nothing in these Terms takes that away.
If any provision of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
Questions about these Terms, or about anything the app did that you did not expect:
